Interim President

Steph loves to learn and have mini adventures! She has over 15 years of experience in the entertainment industry, taking projects from ideation to completion, on budget and on time.

Steph works as in house Line Producer for Tinkercast with Meredith Halpern-Ranzer, Mindy Thomas and Guy Raz, overseeing podcasts, live shows, books, music and anything else the team chooses to tinker with! She has also volunteered teaching English abroad in places like Peru and Congo, and founded the Los Angeles chapter of Children’s Media Association. She later served as Global President of the organization, leading her team through the pandemic and a transition from live events to digital offerings, greatly increasing membership and offering support to professionals as they navigated the changing landscape of the industry. She is so excited to be back, serving as Interim Global President to help CMA with their next leadership transition.

Steph also serves as a very experienced and passionate coach. She believes in her clients and has completed over 6,000 hours of 1-on-1 coaching with hundreds of clients, supporting adults on producing their one Big Dream. She is also a speaker and deeply enthusiastic about helping people live the life they want to live. She drives back and forth between L.A. and Texas every few weeks with her hubby, 3 rescue pups and lots of car karaoke and audio books! 🙂
