Lauren Grajewski (she/her) is a New York–based Film & TV Creative Executive, currently working as Creative Development Manager for HarperCollins Productions — the in-house production company for HarperCollins Publishers. She develops and produces movies and series inspired by HarperCollins books, with a special focus on kids and family audiences.
Before diving into the world of book-to-screen adaptations, Lauren produced theater in all its forms — from full productions to readings and concerts to promotional panels, podcasts, and virtual events — collaborating with companies such as the National Alliance of Musical Theatre, Musical Theatre Factory, Live & In Color, Park Theatre London, and The Private Theatre. She holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Looking back, Lauren probably should have known she was destined for children’s media. Her comfort watches (and healthy obsessions) have always been Camp Rock, Shrek, Hannah Montana, and anything with catchy songs and big heart that appeal to both kids and parents alike!
