Kayla Paul-Koch

Kayla (she/her) is a detail-oriented and driven team leader with a strong creative vision and a passion for media that makes an impact. She holds a B.A. in Communication Studies with a certificate in Film from Temple University’s Klein College of Media and Communication, where she concentrated on children’s media and storytelling.

Her passion for the children’s media industry began after completing the course Media & Children, which inspired her to pursue the field further. She participated in the Children’s Media Industry Trends and Opportunities program in Los Angeles, where she developed her own show concept and explored current industry dynamics. Kayla also gained hands-on experience as a Communications Intern and Associate Producer with the Center for Media and Information Literacy, contributing to the Temple TV series Media Inside Out.

Kayla’s professional background spans production, cinematography, mixed media arts, team leadership, and social media communications. She brings creativity, organization, and a collaborative spirit to every project she takes on
