
A teacher at heart, Nicole is a three-time Emmy-nominated Producer who has devoted her 15-year career to the intersection of education and entertainment. Her journey in children’s television began in 2008 as an intern for the iconic programs
Arthur and
Between the Lions. Following a prestigious fellowship with the International Radio and Television Society (IRTS) in New York—where she worked on Nick Jr.’s
Dora the Explorer—she headed west for a sunnier chapter in Los Angeles.
Nicole spent nearly six years as a cast member at The Walt Disney Company, starting in 2011 by supporting the On-Air-Promotions team during the high-stakes launch of the 24-hour Disney Junior channel. She eventually transitioned to the Original Programming team, serving as a creative executive overseeing the development and production of global hits including Sheriff Callie’s Wild West, PJ Masks, Fancy Nancy, and Vampirina. Throughout her time at Disney, she remained focused on the brand’s core mission of emotional storytelling.
In 2017, Nicole returned to her roots at GBH Kids in Boston. As a Senior Producer, she has led production and development for a powerhouse lineup of PBS KIDS content, including Arthur, Acoustic Rooster, Pinkalicious & Peterrific, Molly of Denali, and Curious George. She has also spearheaded several projects featuring the beloved Ruff Ruffman, most recently a digital series for YouTube.
Today, Nicole lives in the Massachusetts suburbs with her husband and their two children, ages 7 and 4. As her toughest critics and biggest fans, they remain her constant source of inspiration.
