Lauren Grajewski (she/her) is a New York–based Film & TV Creative Executive, currently working as Creative Development Manager for HarperCollins Productions — the in-house production company for HarperCollins Publishers. She develops and produces movies and series inspired by HarperCollins books, with a special focus on kids and family audiences.Before diving into the world of book-to-screen adaptations, Lauren produced theater in all its forms — from full productions to readings and concerts to promotional panels, podcasts, and virtual events — collaborating with companies such as the National Alliance of Musical Theatre, Musical Theatre Factory, Live & In Color, Park Theatre London, and The Private Theatre. She holds a BFA in Drama from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
