About our Chaperone

Rachel Abeshouse is concurrently the Audio Manager on Nick Jr.’s The Swashbuckling Adventures of Capitán Calavera (working title) and an Associate Producer on Nickelodeon’s Welcome to the Wayne. Before that, she was a Production Coordinator on Dora the Explorer and Dora and Friends: Into the City, serving on the audio, casting, and design teams. It’s safe to say she’s a Nick Kid. She loves to make media that encourages kids to be gritty, goofy, and good humans.

Outside of children’s media, Rachel enjoys running, food culture, researching real estate, and learning to speak Russian. New York’s restaurants and jazz clubs are some of her favorite places in the world.
