Navigating Transitions with Intention
Being in transition can bring up uncertainty, overwhelm, and stress. It can also be an opportunity to realign and redirect. In this workshop, we discuss the physical, psychological, and physiological effects of stress, the positive and negative effects of stress, the relationship between stress and peak performance, and introduce tools and techniques, including the Core Energy Leadership framework, that support holistic wellbeing and success. Participants will learn and engage in practices that can be integrated into their daily lives to empower them in navigating transitions with intention, clarity, and confidence.
