
Betsy Broaddus is a Research Associate at NORC at the University of Chicago, where she works with the Associated Press-NORC Center for Public Affairs Research. There, she conducts analysis and assists in operations for several of the center’s flagship projects, including the Media Insight Project, the AP-NORC Monthly Poll, and AP VoteCast. Her research interests span several media and communications topics, particularly evolving media and technologies and their impact on younger generations. She received her BA in Public Policy with a focus in Policy Journalism & Media Studies from Duke University.
Outside of work and volunteering, Betsy enjoys learning new DIY skills, spending time in the ceramics studio, and eating her way through all the Michelin Guide restaurants in Chicago.
